Our Management Accelerator Programme focuses on creating a shared understanding of what it means to be a great manager at your company. We create space for managers to explore current challenges in interactive sessions so they can focus on putting things into practice right away.
Our training covers the fundamentals of good management and delves into managers' collective responsibility in building high-performing teams.
Our interactive approach means that our training is suitable for mixed cohorts, from first-time managers to experienced leaders. We keep cohorts small, so all attendees have space to get the hands-on support they need.

Our Manager Accelerator Programme is divided into 6 x 2-hour sessions. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly.
